improved defense behavior on tackling. defenders now try to get between the ball carrier and the endzone.
fixed bug where time wouldn't stop after scoring touchdowns with time running out, causing touchdown cascade.
adjusted QB generation to make running more difficult.
improved CB tackling skills.
